Because we feel that customer service a critical component to exceeding our clients' expectations, Air Toxics' Sales Team includes more than just pre-sale support. A Project Manager is assigned to each project, sometimes by client and sometimes according to the nature of the project. Project Managers are the liaison between the client and the laboratory. They work with our clients to define the project requirements, with our laboratory staff to communicate those requirements and with our QA staff to ensure that we meet the requirements.

- John Stots - Global Technical Sales
- John has over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry.
His experience began as an owner and executive of a small, successful international environmental consulting and remediation firm.
Later John moved to the environmental laboratory industry where he has been able to leverage past experience to anticipate and
meet clients' needs and expectations. John studied Political Science at Syracuse University and carries with him a multitude of
environmental training, certifications, and hands on experience. John currently resides in the Northeast US.
