Air Toxics goes beyond simply providing a number; we form partnerships with our clients. Our
Project Management Team is staffed with knowledgeable personnel who know the methods and are experienced in answering the types of questions that arise when dealing with air sampling projects. They work with our clients to define the project requirements, with our laboratory staff to communicate those requirements and with our QA staff to ensure that we meet the requirements. To meet these expectations, they participate in ongoing in-house training to keep current on air methods for sampling and analysis, as well as, specific laboratory processes.
In essence, the Project Manager represents the client and their
expectations to the rest of the organization. One of the tools for
communicating specific client information is through Project Profiles.
The Project Manager creates a Project Profile for each specific project in
our in-house LIMS system. The Project Profile is designed to communicate
all types of information such as requested analysis, compound list,
shipping information and deliverables requested. All ATL employees have
access to review the project profile. The Project Manager, in conjunction
with the project profile database, helps to ensure that each client's
expectations are communicated throughout the laboratory.

Ausha Scott has been with the Project Management Team at Air

Team, she has worked in our Receiving, Reporting and VOC

- Kyle Vagadori
Southwest Region, Primary Contact
- Kyle Vagadori has been a Project Manager at
Air Toxics Ltd. since July 2005, and is responsibility for the
Southwest region. Prior to joining Air Toxics, he worked for
five years as a Technical Service Representative and
Environmental Specialist in the hazardous waste management
industry. Kyle has a B.S. in Environmental and Resource Sciences

- Karen Lopez is the Northwest Region Project
Manager at Air Toxics Ltd.. She joined the Project Management
Team in January 2010, with one and a half years of experience
with our Sales group. Prior to joining Air Toxics, she was
employed for three years as an Environmental Planner in the
environmental consulting industry. Karen has a B.S. in
Environmental Science from the University of California,

Jackie Luta is the Central
Region Project Manager at Air Toxics Ltd. She joined the
